Meet the Staff

Dr. Gagnon has a well trained staff that has a combined medical work experience of over 60 years.  The surgical staff are highly experienced in outpatient surgical care, administration of anesthesia and all aspects of infection control.  The administrative staff are well versed in insurance and financial policies as they relate to oral surgery.  All staff are CPR certified.  Here are the people who will greet you during your visit at Dr. Gagnon's oral surgery office.

Heather – Schedule Coordinator

Heather has worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over 12 years. Her main focus is in marketing, scheduling and insurance. She also assists Dr. Gagnon with patients in recovery.

Colleen – Patient Accounts Specialist

Colleen has worked in General Dentistry for over 10 years and in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over 3 years. She specializes in working with insurance companies and patient accounts.

Julie – Business Manager

Julie has worked in medical office management for over 12 years and in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for 4 years. She received a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Health Service Organization and Policy from Wichita State University. She is also a Certified Professional Coder.

Jennifer – Patient Care Coordinator

Jennifer has 18 years of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery experience. She has worked with Dr. Gagnon for 12 years. She assists Dr. Gagnon in office and hospital procedures, emergencies, and is a Certified AAOMS anesthesia assistant.

Karin – Patient Care Coordinator

Karin has worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over 9 years and General Dentistry for 8 years. She received her Dental Assistant Degree from Flint Hills Technical College. She assists Dr. Gagnon with patients in the office and hospital, and is a Certified AAOMS anesthesia assistant.

Nicole – Patient Care Coordinator

Nicole has worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over 8 years and General Dentistry for 4 years. She received a Bachelors of Administration of Justice, minors in Sociology and Psychology, and a certificate of Forensic Criminology from Wichita State University. She assists Dr. Gagnon with patients in the office, and is a Certified AAOMS anesthesia assistant.

Ashley – Patient Care Coordinator

Ashley has worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for 2 years and General Dentistry for 2 years. She received her Dental Assistant Degree from Flint Hills Technical College. She assists Dr. Gagnon with patients in the office, and is a Certified AAOMS anesthesia assistant.

Kristin – Patient Care Coordinator

Kristin has worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over 1 year. She received her Dental Assistant Degree from Wichita Area Technical College. She assists Dr. Gagnon with patients in the office, and is a Certified AAOMS anesthesia assistant.
